Art & Science of Comprehensive Dentistry

To accomplish the desired treatment outcome, patients receive a thorough evaluation.

The Evaluation Includes:
  • A personalized interview to understand your individual needs and expectations
  • A comprehensive examination
  • Development of a customized plan with various treatment options

Depending on whether you are local or are traveling in for treatment, your initial visit may be combined with treatment to minimize the number of trips needed.

Initial Consultation
We Look Forward to Meeting You

During your initial consultation, Dr. Winter will discuss your current concerns, review your dental history, perform a brief oral exam, and begin formulating possible treatment options. Dental x-rays or impressions may be needed to assist in developing a comprehensive plan of care. During your second appointment, a complete examination is performed, and other diagnostic information that has been gathered will be evaluated and discussed. Before and after photos of Dr. Winter’s work illustrating cases similar to yours will be reviewed to help you visualize and understand the potential outcome of your care.

An individualized plan detailing treatment options to achieve the best possible esthetic and functional result, their ramifications, and costs will be presented.

Each consult visit will last approximately 1.5 – 2 hours, and visits can be combined for those traveling from out of state or when required. Our financial policies will be fully explained and presented to you in writing before treatment is started. We do not base our services on insurance reimbursement, but as a courtesy to our patients, we will complete claim forms so you can submit them to your insurance carrier for direct reimbursement.
